Terms and Conditions
1.. Paid listings by property owners or rental agents come with a 60
day satisfaction guarantee. At any time within the first 60 days of
payment, property owners or rental agents may cancel their listing and
receive 100% refund of all relevant listing fees paid to 1000 Top Vacation
Rentals. For listings cancelled after 60 days refunds will be based
upon a proration of fees for the remaining listing period
2. Web site links are listed as a convenience to our visitors. If you
use these links, we take no responsibility and give no guarantees, warranties
or representations, implied or otherwise, for the content or accuracy
of these third-party sites.
3. The property owner or rental agent providing content to 1000 Top
Vacation Rentals hereby warrents that they are the owner of all such
content orhave sufficient rights to publish the supplied content. This
ownership includes the rights to all photography, text descriptions,
trademarks or other material provided. In the case of any dispute
over rights to this on-line material, the property owner or rental agent
shall be solely responsible for all liability and costs associated with
settling said dispute.
4. Renters and property owners, or rental agents assume responsibility
for rental agreements signed or agreed upon between the renter and the
property owner or rental agent. Qualification of all renters is the
sole responsibility of the property owner or rental agent.
5.. 1000 Top Vacation Rentals assumes no responsibility for rental agreements
between said parties and does not warrant the accuracy of the information
contained in any of the web pages published here.
6. If 1000 Top Vacation Rentals is unable to provide the promised level
of service to the property owner or rental agent for any reason, including,
but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence,
neither 1000 Top Vacation Rentals nor its owners can be held liable
for any costs beyond the prorated fees paid by the client for the
services which were not provided.
7. 1000 Top Vacation Rentals reserves the right to remove a property
listing for any reason and refund the remaining prorated portion of
the listing fee.
8. By using or continuing to use the services of 1000 Top Vacation Rentals,
you agree to these terms and conditions.
